The Erosion Company is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by performing a variety of tasks related to site preparation, construction, and maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Adhere to Company Safety Standards, including the proper use of machinery and equipment.
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient logistics.
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve project goals.
  • Remove, fill, compact, and prepare the terrain, utilizing hand tools and equipment as needed.
  • Install silt fencing and erosion control blankets, demonstrating attention to detail and quality control.
  • Assist in site clean-up and reload leftover materials after project completion.
  • Act as a spotter for vehicles as required, prioritizing safety and efficiency.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physically able to walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work under inclement weather conditions, including rain, heat, and other environmental factors.
  • At least six months of prior experience in the construction field, with a focus on laborer or site work.
  • Ability to operate small machinery, such as Bobcats, is a plus.
