About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Server to join our team at Hillside - a HumanGood community. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, clear, and clean the dining room to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
  • Take menu orders and serve meals in a timely and gracious manner.
  • Provide quality customer service to residents and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food service, fast food, or restaurant work.
  • Prior experience working with seniors is a plus.
  • Food Handler's or ServSafe certification is a plus.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
