  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages; manage onboard sales.
  • Document and report any flight incidents accurately.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Position involves physical activities such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, and light lifting.
  • Work in various weather conditions at airport operations.
  • Extended periods of standing and communication with passengers.
  • Work in potentially noisy and hazardous airport ramp environments.
  • Frequent travel requiring overnight stays away from home.
  • Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service; prior airline experience is not mandatory.
  • Skilled in managing challenging situations and resolving complaints.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance, with no visible tattoos or extreme personal styles.
  • Height and weight must align with specific aircraft requirements.
  • Able to maneuver carts weighing up to 200 lbs and lift items up to 35 lbs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Possession of a valid passport with necessary visas.
  • Ability to travel freely in and out of the United States.
  • Travel documents must remain valid throughout training.
