Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a qualified RN House Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing patient care, supporting direct care staff, and ensuring high-quality behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of patient care provision and coordination of on-site responses to incidents
- Serving as a resource to direct care staff and providing support to the DON and/or Nurse Manager
- Staff education and other activities as assigned
- Direct patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with active state licensure in good standing
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably with one year of acute psychiatric experience and one year of management experience

Compensation: Estimated salary range $85,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
