Seasonal Cashier

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Cashier to join our team at Crate & Barrel. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cashwrap and surrounding areas
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales initiatives to effectively communicate with customers
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

We offer a minimum starting rate of $15.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $22.50 per hour based on performance. In addition to your salary, you may be eligible for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
