About the RoleWe are seeking a Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
You will assist individuals with their personal hygiene, support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs, and help individuals develop real, meaningful relationships with their caregivers.
You will also be responsible for taking initiative to help individuals be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities, and supporting individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
