Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your extensive experience in cloud development to refine and optimize the software development lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from development to production.
  • Implement cutting-edge cloud-native managed services to elevate client environments and streamline operations.
  • Provide strategic insights and design recommendations throughout the cloud migration journey, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify the most suitable tools and solutions, drawing from your knowledge of on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid systems.
  • Lead a team of professionals in overcoming complex challenges faced by clients in the cloud domain.
  • Expand your skill set in emerging areas such as containerization and development while contributing to critical systems within the security sector.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud development.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, deploying, or testing applications within Amazon Web Services, utilizing tools such as EC2, S3, ELBs, RDS, VPCs, and IAM permissions.
  • Experience with microservices and containerization technologies, including orchestration and cluster management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy, configure, and maintain Linux server systems in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Capability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within six months of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures, including AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Knowledge of securing and hardening operating systems, applications, and containers.
  • Experience in application management to ensure high availability and resilience.
  • Competence in application performance analysis and monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Possession of a Master's degree or relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
