Retail Keyholder

Gamestop Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide best-in-class guest service, responding to guest questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual and operational elements.
• Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.
• Exceptional guest service skills, including verbal and written communication and listening skills.
