Job Description

Colorado Outward Bound School is a non-profit organization that offers adventure-based education programs. We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Moab, Utah or Leadville, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate course-related logistics, including transportation, gear, and food for students and staff.
  • Provide support to students, instructors, and course directors before, during, and after courses.
  • Assist with planning and packing, evacuations, and course debrief paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain logistical systems, including food planning, gear tracking, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and quality educational experience for students and staff.
Requirements
  • Experience working with youth and in outdoor recreation and adventure education programs.
  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR, and mental health first aid certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift, crawl, bend, carry, and pull, and work in outdoor weather conditions.
