Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Truck Mechanic to join our team at Conexwest. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our fleet of trucks, trailers, and forklifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems on diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle components.
  • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Identify and address safety hazards in the workplace, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in diesel engine repair, air brakes, forklift repair, hydraulic system repair, clutch repair, electrical repair, engine diagnostic, and DEF system repair.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Specialized training in vehicle component repair and replacement is a plus.
