LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
This is a hybrid position with a client located in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing. Strong knowledge of P2P and/or ERP systems, as well as advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, are also required.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Purchasing goods and services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
- Evaluating and negotiating contracts with vendors.
- Tracking inventory and restocking goods when needed.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and new products.
- Comparing available goods with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
The company offers a competitive salary range of $33-$36 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.
