About the Role

Maintenance mechanics play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and machines at Mountaire. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for repairing, programming, inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and adjusting equipment to meet the company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned.
  • Execute work orders as assigned by management.
  • Set up, tear down, and adjust equipment to meet production needs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to ensure minimal disruption to production.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Trade work experience or relevant certifications.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or equipment-related role.
