Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the kitchen with food preparation and condiment assembly, adhering to Fleming's standards.
  • Work closely with servers to ensure accurate orders and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Track food times, stock tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Offer drink recommendations, refill drinks, and provide table-side service to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a server or busser.
