Key Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise our products in retail stores, including stocking shelves and maintaining displays
  • Represent Mondelz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelz' DSD Merchandising Steps
  • Ensure that our products are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelz' guidelines
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Be able to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
  • Be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities

  • Hourly compensation rate of $17.00 an hour
