This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal building performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance and/or evidence of exceptional equivalent ability.
• High school graduate or equivalent plus technical training courses or technical school background.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Familiarity with building management systems and maintenance software.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Apple products and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Familiarity with Spreadsheets, BOX, and Tririga.
