About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Right at Home - Edmond, OK. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant
  • Successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
