Position Summary:
The role is based at the Little Rock campus with a PRN work schedule. The Law Enforcement Officer is responsible for patrolling the hospital and its surrounding areas to enforce laws and provide security assistance as directed by the Director of Security or their designee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patrols using various methods (vehicle, foot, and stationary positions) to identify and deter criminal activity while ensuring the safe and lawful operations of the facility.
  • Enforce traffic and criminal laws of the State of Arkansas, along with local ordinances and hospital regulations.
  • Assist during special events and visits from VIPs.
  • Stay informed about current laws, enforcement procedures, and safety regulations pertinent to the hospital environment.
  • Provide support to patients, families, staff, and visitors as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related field.
  • Certifications: Valid Arkansas Driver's License.
