As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT scans, providing exceptional patient care, and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Perform nuclear medicine and PET/CT scans on patients, ensuring high-quality images and excellent patient care.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for nuclear medicine and PET/CT scans.
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients under the direction of a radiologist.
- Guide patients through the scanning process, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Monitor patients' well-being during scans and take appropriate action if necessary.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Safeguard patient property and patient health information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification.
- State Nuclear Medicine License.
- Venipuncture certification/permit.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
RadNet Orange County offers a competitive hourly rate of $75.00 and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
