About the Role

We are searching for a talented and dedicated Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young adults with specialized health care needs.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and revise plans of care in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in accordance with physician orders and individual plans of care
  • Monitor and record client reactions to treatment and report changes in condition to appropriate personnel
  • Provide education and supervision to clients, families, and other care team members
