Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

At Randstad USA, we are seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:
As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments, as well as preparing and shipping outgoing packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition.
  • Stage incoming shipments for storage or immediate processing.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, using Microsoft Excel and Word to track and manage inventory.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
