Job Title: Bartender-Mixologist

At Kansas Crossing Casino LC, we are seeking a skilled Bartender-Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and adhere to food service sanitation codes.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior bartending experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be physically mobile and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
