Job Overview
The Select Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving organizational goals. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-value clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Account Strategy and Execution: Create and execute comprehensive account programs that align with client goals and drive mutual growth.
- New Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Client Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing issues promptly, providing exceptional service, and anticipating client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and engineering, to deliver integrated solutions and enhance client experience.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions to secure favorable terms and long-term agreements.
- Industry Insights and Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) retirement plan with company match and immediate vesting, flexible spending and health savings accounts, basic and voluntary life and disability insurance, paid time off, 8 paid holidays, birthday and work anniversary holidays after one year of service, incentive bonus plans, and educational assistance.
