As a Clinical Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit, you will provide direct patient care to cardiac and pulmonary patients, utilizing your critical thinking skills to assess and evaluate their physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care, promoting a healing environment and educating patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury.
- Develop and implement individual plans of care, collaborating with the interprofessional team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while also participating in professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No experience required; supervisor experience not necessary.
- RN licensure required.
