Work Environment: Fulfillment Center

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service as a primary focus.
  • Address inquiries from the public and clients effectively.
  • Conduct thorough screenings of individuals entering the facility.
  • Manage and direct pedestrian traffic to ensure safety and order.
  • Perform desk duties, including telecommunications and computer operations.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports on all activities as required.
  • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as necessary.
  • Monitor the security desk and assist guests with directions.
  • Utilize a computer-based visitor management system for badge printing and distribution.
  • Control access to the site, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry.
  • Oversee camera and alarm surveillance, maintaining vigilance throughout the premises.
  • Engage in walking patrols within the building and surrounding areas, including stairwells and parking lots.
  • Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and proficiency with technology.
  • Assist Operations Management during emergencies and liaise with law enforcement when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to successfully complete an extensive screening process.
  • Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement is advantageous.
  • Possession of a state security license or willingness to obtain one.
  • CPR certification or the ability to acquire one.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age as per applicable laws.
