Perioperative Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Perianesthesia Nurse to join our team at Surgical Care Affiliates. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care throughout the episode of care.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient status and develop an individualized perianesthesia plan of care
- Implement evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide accurate and concise hand-off reports to other team members
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- One year of PACU experience preferred
- Current state licensure to practice within good standing
- Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 90 days of employment
- Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Course within 90 days of employment
- Successful completion of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course is required when pediatric care is included in the facility scope services
- Competitive hourly rate: $35.00-$37.00
