About the Role

At Crew Carwash, we're dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Part-Time Night Clean-Up Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in achieving our goal of Create Smiles and Lifetime Customers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the overall cleanliness of our locations, both inside and out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members
  • Perform tasks such as picking up trash, scrubbing walls and equipment, and cleaning floors
  • Adhere to our company's values, including our #1 Value of Safety
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18
  • Daily pay options available at no cost to you
  • Free carwashes, naturally
  • A set schedule, typically 9:00 pm to 1:00 am
  • Industry-leading training and tuition reimbursement
  • A 401K with company match
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Be able to work 3 – 5 nights per week
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
  • Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
