Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Master's degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • State licensure for Kansas and Missouri.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify patterns and connections between situations.
