Regional Finance Director

The Michael Page organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Finance Director to join their team in North America. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead the accounting operations for the region, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounting operation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions across all areas including ledgers, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Develop and manage comprehensive accounting procedures and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and balance sheet activities, optimizing financial performance and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance
• MBA or CPA highly preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Prior management and leadership experience required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
