We are seeking motivated individuals to enhance our customer service experience at JD Finish Line stores.

Position Title:
Store Associate

Overview:
This role involves engaging in sales and providing exceptional customer service through the following responsibilities:
- Delivering sales and customer support.
- Handling cashier duties, maintaining stockroom organization, and ensuring store cleanliness as required.
- Upholding company standards related to personal sales performance metrics.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires standing for approximately 5 to 8 hours daily, typically 3 to 5 days a week.
During peak sales periods, employees may work extended hours ranging from 1 to 12 hours a day.

Tasks may include bending and kneeling to assist customers with merchandise, as well as reaching and pulling to manage stock on storage racks.

Employees may need to climb ladders or navigate stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise for sale.
Regular lifting of items weighing between 5 to 25 lbs is expected, with potential for heavier weights in certain situations.

Compensation for Store Associate:
$16.50 per hour. This position is eligible for the company 401k plan.
