Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Rad Tech to join our team at Sigma Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with procedures, operating special procedure equipment, and providing protection to patients in accordance with prescribed radiation safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with procedures, including cardiac catheterizations and special procedures
  • Operate and maintain physiologic equipment, including C-Arm, angiographic injectors, and associated patient monitoring equipment
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs throughout procedures
  • Provide protection to patients in accordance with prescribed radiation safety standards
  • Maintain proper sterile techniques for procedures and adhere to isolation and infection control procedures
Requirements
  • Current Hawaii State license as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Current status as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • Current BLS/HCP and ACLS certification
  • Two years radiologic experience in a cardiac catheterization lab
Preferred Qualifications
  • Level 1 trauma center experience
  • A.R.R.T. advanced certification
