- Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
- Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels.
- May provide input for hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating staff.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
- One year of registered nurse experience.
This role is located in the Transitional Care Unit at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Oklahoma City. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
