Dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for Students with Severe Behavioral Needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant, serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Our caseloads include students with severe behavioral challenges, and we are looking for candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including severe behavioral challenges, using evidence-based practices and adapting to different service delivery models (onsite, hybrid, VOCO).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring comprehensive support for all students.
- Assist with virtual SLP services to ensure timely and effective support for students.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and treatment plans, utilizing technology for efficient data management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
- Current Colorado state license in Speech-Language Pathology is essential.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for successful collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, prioritizing student needs and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Experience with or willingness to learn about severe behavioral needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies.
- Flexibility to adapt to different service delivery models, including onsite, hybrid, and VOCO arrangements.
- Proficiency in technology for virtual service provision, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
- An estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
