**Job Summary and Qualifications**
We are seeking a RN House Supervisor with a strong clinical background and leadership skills to provide supervision, leadership, direction, and clinical support to assure the delivery of quality patient-centered care.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide effective and efficient operation of the hospital during designated shifts
* Assist in the coordination and facilitation of patient care and hospital operations
* Supervise, lead, direct, and provide clinical support to ensure delivery of quality patient-centered care
**Requirements:**
* Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license
* Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
* Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider certification (preferred but not required)
* Minimum of five years' clinical experience in a hospital environment
* Two years' experience in supervisory and/or management role (preferred)
