Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health Therapy

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Lincoln City, Oregon.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop a personalized treatment plan.
  • Provide direct patient care, including skilled occupational therapy services and interventions, in accordance with physician orders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, setting specific goals and objectives for each patient.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum one year of professional experience in occupational therapy.
  • Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license.
