Job Title: Produce Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Department Supervisor to join our team at Honeoye Falls Marketplace. As a key member of our produce team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional customer service and high-quality fresh produce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise produce employees to provide excellent customer service and ensure they are knowledgeable about products within the department.
  • Manage inventory and place orders to ensure quality products are available based on customer demand.
  • Monitor products being stocked to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure state and county safety and sanitation standards are met with all equipment, surfaces, and floors within the department.
  • Communicate effectively with all employees and customers in a friendly and welcoming way.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of friendly and welcoming customer service experience.
  • Produce/Grocery experience required.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to multi-task.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently at times.
