Clubhouse Lead

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Shift Manager at Heartland Golf Park. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house team and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills. Retail experience is a plus, and we encourage retirees to apply.

1. Staff Management: As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff members, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
2. Customer Service: You will need to be able to provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
3. Maintenance and Organization: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, ensuring that our clubhouse is presented in an attractive and welcoming manner.
