Lead Teller

Job Summary:

North Shore Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Teller to join our team. As a Lead Teller, you will be responsible for coordinating the fixed activities of the Branch, performing office and administrative duties, resolving problems, and actively cross-selling bank products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate branch operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals to meet branch goals.
• Assist with daily sales support and prepare monthly sales plans.
• Supervise and train branch personnel on operating procedures and security protocols.
• Ensure the bank's assets are safeguarded and maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year bank-related operational support experience.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities and knowledge of financial concepts.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills.
• Ability to direct the work of others and provide constructive feedback.

Work Environment:

The work environment is usually moderate, with occasional exposure to noise and distractions.
