Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Assistant RN to join our team at Soliant. As a First Assistant RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, providing support and maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, medications, and test results.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a surgical or perioperative setting.
  • 2+ years of experience as a First Assistant RN is required.
  • High proficiency in orthopedic cases is required.
  • Ability to scrub and circulate on all routine and emergent cases in orthopedic, general, gynecological, and C-sections is required.
  • Scrub experience must be noted on the candidate's profile.
