You will have the opportunity to participate in a career track to management within 60-90 days of tenure, with a training program that promotes from within and gives you full control of a successful career path with the company from day one.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
* Utilize our public relations department's connections with over 44,000 groups across North America to provide supplemental benefits
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications
* Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality with an upbeat attitude
* Accountability and coachability
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
