Cox Communications is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer II to join our team. As a Cloud Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and expertise to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including virtual desktop infrastructure, Citrix, and RDS.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide 24/7 support as needed.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve team knowledge and efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as cloud computing, virtualization, or IT support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with Citrix, AVD, Horizon, and RDS.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Nerdio Certification.
- Citrix Certified Associate (CCA).
- Legacy Windows OS experience, management, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced Virtualization: VMware ESXi, VMware vSphere, VMware vCenter, VMware vCloud.
- Experience with N-able Management.
Cox Communications offers a competitive hourly base pay rate of $46.35/hour, with opportunities for additional compensation and benefits. Our employees enjoy a minimum of 16 hours of paid time off every month, 7 paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
