Job Summary:

The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist provides patient-centered service as an imaging technologist in Computed Tomography. Under the direction of the radiologist, the CT Technologist performs CT exams and procedures at a technical level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administers ionizing radiation for adequate diagnostic quality while abiding by ALARA guidelines and meeting all regulatory requirements in providing safe and appropriate care.
  • Provides patient-centered service and ensures a positive experience for patients.
  • Works collaboratively with the radiologist and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree from a JRCERT-accredited school of Radiology.
  • 5 years of experience in CT technology.
  • ARRT, IEMA, and BLS CPR certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a CT certification program.
  • CT Certification.
