Nurse Supervisor

Caring, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing services to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure that residents receive timely and effective care.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident care needs and develop individualized plans to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Monitor and report on resident outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that nursing services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a facility serving the developmentally disabled and/or elderly.
• Ability to understand and interpret the rules, regulations, policies, procedures, standards, and objectives of the Department of Developmental Disabilities.
• Ability to instruct nursing personnel in the principles, approved procedures, practices, and techniques of nursing services required by the developmentally disabled and/or elderly individual.

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of modern office management principles, procedures, and techniques and their adaptation.
• Ability to prepare statistical, financial, and other reports.
