Main Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Effectively communicate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of orders.
  • Monitor tables and promptly clear plates and utensils to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide guests with menus and make recommendations based on personal preferences.
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment by collaborating with colleagues and adhering to company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
