Job Title: Residential Real Estate Agent

A Residential Real Estate Agent plays a pivotal role in facilitating housing transactions within their community. This dynamic professional serves as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the intricacies of the home sale and purchase process.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, a successful Residential Real Estate Agent must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for networking and communicating with numerous individuals to facilitate smooth transactions.

This role requires a proactive and opportunistic attitude, as well as a drive to succeed. A real estate career is best suited to driven, independent, and achievement-focused individuals who are eager to build a successful client base.

As a Residential Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on the number of transactions you complete. With experience and a strong work ethic, it's not uncommon for Real Estate Agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on real estate transactions.
  • Manage marketing and advertising efforts through various channels.
