Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and preventive health services to patients in our clinics.
- Oversee the medical and health affairs of our clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical analysis, performance improvement, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Active Texas Medical License.
- Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Degree (DO).
- Completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited residency training program in Family Practice or Geriatric Medicine.
- Board certified in Family Practice or Geriatric Medicine.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of experience providing primary care services in an underserved area.
- Experience working in a primary care medical home.
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Record Meaningful Use and Managed Care.
