Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Professional to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating engaging fitness experiences, and promoting our Judgement Free Zone.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment and possess excellent communication skills. They will be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating schedules for members
  • Proactively engage with members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals
  • Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club
  • Perform membership related functions such as sign-ups, contact/billing information updates
  • Clean and maintain equipment and facilities

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Nationally Certified Training Certificate required
  • Basic computer proficiency

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires frequent standing, moving, and communicating with colleagues and members. You will also be exposed to toxic chemicals during your shift.

What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
