Moss Adams LLP is seeking a highly skilled Tax Managing Director to join our team. As a key member of our Tax Services group, you will be responsible for leading complex tax engagements and developing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:- Lead tax engagements for public and privately owned middle-market companies, not-for-profit organizations, and high net worth individuals.
- Develop and execute business development plans to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tax objectives and develop effective tax strategies to achieve their goals.
- Manage and develop a team of tax professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
- CPA or Bar License required.
- Minimum of 13 years of tax experience gained within a public accounting firm or related experience.
- Subject matter expert in corporate, partnership, individual, or trust and estate taxation required.
- Proven market-facing skills required to develop new business and sustain existing excellent client relationships.
