Behavior Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Specialist to join our team at BlueSprig. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder.
Job Summary- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting.
- Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting.
- Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support.
- Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
In this role, you will:
- Implement ABA therapy plans to help clients achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $21.00 per hour, based on experience and progression through our Level Up program. Additionally, we provide:
