Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled dental hygienist to join our team, working 2-3 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a current dental hygienist license in CO and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, developing relationships with patients and delivering preventative care and maintenance of patients' dental health.
  • Work collaboratively with our full-time sterilization staff to prepare and clean patient rooms, assist with probing and charting.
  • Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills and provide education to patients.

Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in CO.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
  • 1+ years of clinical experience.
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds at times.
