About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide hair cuts, color, and styling services, integrating basic and advanced techniques to create fresh looks. You'll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each individual client's needs and preferences.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate customers' face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate hairstyles.
- Wash hair at designated stations with suitable products.
- Apply hair treatment products as needed.
- Execute flawless haircuts, trims, and shaves using high-quality equipment.
- Apply highlights, ombre, balayage, and other hair coloring techniques to achieve desired results.
- Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual.
- Recommend home care and styling products to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a cosmetology school is required.
- Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices.
- Skilled at hair coloring, straightening, and curling techniques.
- Familiar with a variety of treatment products.
- Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty.
